TheBoneLock™ is pleased to announce the following shipping options for customers within the USA, Canada, UK, and Europe!

How much are shipping costs?

USA shipping is FREE for all orders over $35.

Packages are automatically calculated for domestic and international shipping destinations in the checkout process.

How long will it take to process my order?

All orders are shipped within 24 hours Monday through Friday using USPS First Class mail. Upon shipment of your order, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Delivery Times:

USA: 1 - 3 ~ business days.

Canada: 6 - 9 ~ business days typically, but please allow up to 30 days.

Europe: 7 - 14 ~ business days typically, but please allow up to 45 days.

Can I ship my order to another address?

1. You will be able to ship to another address during the checkout process.

Please enter the proper address, as we are not responsible for lost items due to incorrect addresses — one address per order.

How do I know when you will receive my order?

After your order is placed, you will receive an email with your order number and invoice. A valid email address is required so you'll receive order and shipping information, and we can contact you if there are problems with your order. Please be aware that some email services may screen emails, and our confirmation email may end up in your SPAM folder. To prevent this, please add our email address to your address book.

You can also add your mobile number during checkout to get your shipping and tracking information.

Lost or damaged parcels

We do our best to ensure accurate and timely delivery. Most parcels reach their destination promptly and without incident. However, sometimes a package is lost, damaged, or stolen in transit. All parcels shipped are insured by the common carrier for full merchandise value. If your tracking says delivered and you did not receive your package, please contact the carrier used within 48 hours of the package's stated delivery date. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen package in transit. Please contact the common carrier used (information will be in your order confirmation email) to file a claim.

Undeliverable parcels

We will charge a 20% restocking fee for the entire purchase price, less original shipping to the customer and any return shipping assessed by the carrier, if any reason for the carrier not being able to deliver the shipment, whether unclaimed, refused, invalid or unknown address, or any other reason. If you wish for us to resend your order, you will be charged additional shipping charges.

Sales tax and other fees

TheBoneLock.com shall automatically charge and withhold applicable sales tax for orders delivered to addresses within Alabama, depending on your county, municipality, or other jurisdictions. Customers outside of Alabama are responsible for remitting the appropriate sales tax for their location. International customers are responsible for all applicable export taxes, customs fees, and other fees related to their order.

International shipping, returns/refunds, & Customs 

We ship international orders using USPS First Class International Mail without tracking. 

We only ship to the verified billing address on international orders.

An order is considered international if the payment method used is a non-USA or a foreign bank.

We don't accept returns on international orders, so do not hesitate to ask questions before ordering.

• We collect postage that covers the cost of shipping and handling from the United States via USPS First Class International Mail.
• We do not collect any other duties or fees. Buyers are responsible for all customs duties and taxes. Taxes, duties, VAT, brokerage fees, or tariffs may be applied to your package at the discretion of local customs officers or post offices, and we have no control over this, nor do we know the amount that will be collected from you.
• We also have no control over customs or packages they may randomly inspect, so we cannot guarantee that customs will not search your products. We can tell you that our products are no more likely to be inspected than any other package.
• We will not accept forced returns.

We do not accept returns on any international order items, so please ask questions before ordering. Packages that are undeliverable or unclaimed by the customer will not be refunded. If your package is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge you for additional shipping. If we decide not to accept the return, we will charge you for the additional shipping. We will treat any package returned to us without express written permission as abandoned property. 

Pricing and cancellations

All prices are in USD. In addition, order cancellations on international orders will incur a 10% restocking fee to cover the credit card fees associated with the order and cancellation.
